Abstract
Objective:To investigate the isolation and drug resistance of Pseudomonas aeruginosa in the past 5 years. Methods:The bacteria identification was done manually and by VITEK Auto Microbe System.Microbial sensitivity tests were performed with the Kirby-Bauer method. Results:Among the 4453 srains Gram-negative bacilli,1586 strains were Pseudomonas aeruginosa. The isolation rates of Pseudomonas aeruginosa were 70.3%(sputum),19.7%(secretion) and 7.2%(urine) respectively. The resistant rates of the 13 kinds antibiotics were 20.3%~29.8%(imipenem),18.3%~34.6%(ceftazidime),24.6%~31.2%(cefepime) and 18.0%~38.2%(amikacin),and 9 of them were between 25.4% to 96.2%.Conclusion:Considering that the isolation and drug resistance rates of Pseudomonas aeruginosa are high, the combined antibiotics should be used to treat Pseudomonas aeruginosa infection, such as imipenem, ceftazidime, cefepime, amikacin and others which are sensitive to Pseudomonas aeruginosa.
