Abstract

The main content of information construction is to exploit and utilize information resources fully, rapidly and exactly supply the information what the readers need, and accelerate the progress of human society. This paper analyzes the development and construction of the traditional library in the information and Internet era, it is an inexorable trend for the library of college and university to develop in the direction of digitalization, it also makes some suggestions to information construction of the library of college and university.
