On the Copyright Issues of College Libraries in Digital Information Resources Construction

College library digital resources construction is the important content of the national construction of digitization,is the effective means to organize to spread knowledge information,is the key to promote college library information resources mutual connection and is the core of college library construction.However the copyright problems are growing more and more during the college library information resources construction.The thesis discussed about the copyright issues derived from the digital information resources construction work in university library in our country,and finally came to some recommendations and strategies for digital information resources construction work in college libraries.
