Abstract

Chairman Mao Zedong thought highly of education but he always discussed education beyond the field of education.He is different form other educator in his Outlook of Great Education,which can be seen in the answers of the basic questions on education,i.e.who teach,who is taught,how to teach,what to teach.Because of Outlook of Great Education,Mao Zedong's Philosophy of Education has three characteristics: subjectivity,common people orientation;Criticism.
