ANALYSIS ON AGRICULTURAL LAND CLASSIFICATION,GRADATION AND VALUATION IN LAND RESOURCE ALLOCATION MECHANISM

Agricultural land allocation,which relates to regional harmonious development,is the base to utilize land reasonably and effectively.Based on existing papers and cases regarding land planning,this paper analyzes the existing deficiencies in land resource allocation on the balance of occupied and compensated farmlands,the rigidity and flexibility of land planning,and the demarcation of protective areas of prime cultivated land.And it is very difficult to make the transformation from land quantity to land quality management.By means of classification,gradation and valuation of agricultural land,this paper expounds the feasibility of classification,gradation and valuation of agricultural lands in land resource allocation,and presents some approaches to land resource allocation from classification,gradation and valuation of agricultural land.
