CLASSIFICATION,GRADATION AND VALUATION FOR AGRICULTURAL LAND: A FOUNDATION FOR DEEPENING LAND MANAGEMENT REFORM

The necessity of classification,gradation and valuation for agricultural land is analyzed from the viewpoint of sustainable development of the economy and society in China in this paper.The classification,gradation,and valuation for agricultural land are bases for deepening land management reform,planning and managing agricultural land,balancing agricultural land between use and reclamation,and protecting basic agricultural land.The difficulties in the classification,gradation and valuation for agricultural land are also analyzed.It is very important to do this work well in accordance with deepening land management reform led by the State Council of China.
