Influence of psychological intervention on anxienty of coronary heart patient

Objective:To investigate the psychological intervention on anxiety in patients with coronary heart disease effects of psychological intervention for patients with coronary heart disease basis.Methods:75 cases of hospitalized patients with coronary heart disease were divided into the observation group(n=38)and control group(n=37).Two groups of patients were treated with conventional treatment,care and health education on the basis of the observation group in this guidance by nurses psychological support therapy,progressive relaxation and other psychological intervention.Respectively,at admission and after 5 days of anxiety using Zung Self-Rating Scale(SAS)measurement of the two groups of patients with anxiety.Results:The results of the observation group and the control group the degree of anxiety on admission compared to patients with anxiety differences between the two groups(P0.05),no statistical significance,psychological intervention in patients with anxiety differences between the two groups(P0.05),with statistical significance.Conclusion:of psychological intervention in patients with coronary heart disease reduce or eliminate the anxiety.
