Abstract
The molecular virology of White Spot Syndrome Virus(WSSV) was introduced from five aspects in order to provide decision-making basis for coping with WSSV,which includes the interaction between envelope protein of WSSV and cell receptor of host,non-structural protein regulating the infection of WSSV,the transcription and translation mechanism of WSSV,the latent mechanism of WSSV,and antiviral immune defense mechanism of hosts.
