Abstract

Objective:To investigate the methods of preventing from crown surface discoloration in root canal therapy Methods Obtain the change of the teeth colour after using 30% dipossium oxalete to seal dentinal tubule and did not using it in root canal therapy with self-control and colorimetry.Result: The crown surface discoloration in 2 groups shows no significant differenies (P0.05) in 6 months, but there is significant differenies (P0.05)in 12 months. Conclusion: It could effectly prevent or reduce the teeth crown from discolorating that sealing dentinal tubules with dipossium oxalete in root canal therapy.
