Abstract
Objective To explore a way of preventing and treating crown surface discoloration. While appling the root canal therapy,30% dipussium oxalete is used to seal dentinal tubule in pulp cavity of the teeth that are not discolored and we seal dentinal tubule of the teeth that are discolored after inner bleaching. Results One year after the treatment the teeth colour change have significant difference(P0.05) between using dipossium oxalete to seal dentinal tubule and without using it in no discoloration group; discoloration group was not found rediscoloration. Conclusion By adopting the root canal therapy together with the technologies of inner bleaching and seal dentinal tubule we can prevent and cure crown surface discoloration effectively.
