Analysis of 45 Cases of Minimally Invasive Surgery on the Maxillary Sinus Cyst Endoscopy

Purpose: Analysis of minimally invasive surgical technique of endoscopic treatment of maxillary sinus cysts results.Of our department in June 2005-2009,90 patients were treated in Maxillary sinus cyst in a hospital order patients were randomly divided into endoscopic group and the control group,45 cases respectively.One control group was given traditional Caldwell-Luc maxillary sinus cyst.Observed effects were compared with surgery and postoperative complications.It is the endoscopic group,which has simple operation with few postoperative complications and side effects,and results were satisfactory.According to the statistical analysis,the difference was statistically significant,p0.05 or p001.In the treatment of maxillary sinus cysts,endoscopic surgical removal is the preferred surgical maxillary sinus cyst,is worthy of promotion and application.
