Abstract
Objective Seek a minimally invasive surgery effective treatment of maxillary sinus mucosal cysts, lifting the traditional maxillary radical surgery and trauma brought about by the potential consequences.Method Aggregate 28 cases of summary information on the operation, from 2003 to 2007.Through CT scan they found maxillary sinus mucosa cyst and had corresponding symptoms. Results Treatment of maxillary sinus mucosal cysts, endoscopic sinus surgery is better than traditional radical maxillary sinusotomy. Conclusion Maxillary sinus mucosa cyst should be preferred canine fossa approach endoscopic sinus surgery.
