Abstract
Network technology,enables the rapid development of network privacy legal protection of citizens is of great significance.In recent years,violations of Internet privacy has become a prominent social problem,and by the international community's attention.Strengthen the legal protection of privacy of citizens network to build China's network system of legal protection of privacy has become an urgent task to protect the right of citizens of personality.
