Abstract
The network as virtual space people living and working in,its role is increasingly important.The problems on the protection of personal information in a network are increasingly worried by the people.The right of internet privacy was born.In China,the privacy protection legislation had not perfect,how to protect network privacy,Based on this,it is necessary to improve the legislation of internet privacy protection.
