Abstract

Objective:To investigate the clinical significance of coagulation and inflammatory factors hs-CRP in treating patients with progressive cerebral infarction. Methods:A total of 60cases of progressive cerebral infarction patients were selected as observation group, and another 60healthy persons served as control group.PT(prothrombin time),TT(thrombin time),Fg(fibrinogen),APTT(activated partial thromboplastin time),AT3(antithrombin),PC(protein C),PS(protein S)and inflammatory factors and other indicators of changes in hs-CRP were detected. Results:PT,APTT,TT and other indicators in observation group were significantly lower than that of control group, while Fg was significantly higher than that of control group(P0.05).AT3,PC,PS and other anticoagulant indicators were significantly lower in observation group than those of control group(P0.05).Patients in the observation group had significantly higher hs-CRP levels(P0.05).Conclusion:Coagulation and inflammatory factors related indicators hs-CRP levels can be a indicator for assessment of progressive cerebral infarction severity, which suggests patient's condition and prognosis at a certain extent.
