Abstract

Taking the Characteristic jujube in south Xinjiang as studying object,a study was conducted to research the effects of drip irrigation and injection Irrigation on crop growth, soil moisture and water use efficiency. The results showed that the average growth of trunk diameter was faster, the soil moisture varied slowly during the growth stage and the yield was higher under injection Irrigation. The effect of different irrigation mode on the number of newborn branches was no obvious. The soil moisture varied acutely under drip irrigation. The maximum water use efficiency was up to 16.52 under injection irrigation, while 4.87 under drip irrigation. The water-saving benefit was obviously under injection irrigation, which was suitable for wide application in characteristics and economic fruit tree growing zone in south Xinjiang.
