Abstract
To discuss the effect of different irrigation methods on the main environment factors and the growth of cucumber in solar greenhouse, soil temperature, air temperature, relative air humidity and plant growth of cucumber from drip irrigation,sub-irrigation,and furrow irrigation were studied. Results indicated that the irrigation methods affect environment the most, especially after irrigation.Compared with furrow irrigation, drip irrigation and sub-irrigation could relatively increase soil temperature by 3.73℃ and 2.27℃,air temperature by 4.35℃ and 2.36℃ in daytime, decreased relative air humidity by 5% and 9%,and sub-irrigation could increase soil temperature 0.5℃ in average at night.Root length and root length density,sub-irrigation and drip irrigation were obviously better than furrow irrigation,in flourish fruit stages, drip irrigation's root length was 440.17cm,which was the longest, and furrow irrigation was only 269.28cm,which was the shortest,in 0~15cm soil, and sub-irrigation's root length was the longest one, furrow irrigation's was the shortest one,in 15~30cm soil. The plant growth and yield under sub-irrigation and drip irrigation were much higher than those under furrow irrigation, and water use efficiency was increased significantly.
