Abstract
Objective To investigate the expression of P53 and Ki67 in cervical carcinomas and its clinical significance.Methods S-P immunohistochemical technique was used to detect the expression of P53 and Ki67 in 83 cases of cervical carcinoma tissue.Correlation between the expression of P53 and Ki67,and the clinical features and pathological features were statistically analyzed at the same time.Results The positive expression rates of P53 and Ki67 in cervical carcinoma tissue were 61.45% and 75.90%,and there was a closely positive correlation between P53 and Ki67(P0.05).The expression of P53 and Ki67 was significantly correlated with pathtogical grade and lymoph node metastasis(P0.05),but not correlated with ages,tumor volume and clinical stage(P0.05).Conclusion The results of the experiment suggest that the expression of P53 and Ki67 was closely related with tumor metastasis,which means that the combined detection of P53 and Ki67 could be used to estimate the prognosis in cervical carcinoma.
