Clinical effect observation of Guanxinning injection combined with valsartan in the treatment of chronic pulmonary heart disease at acute exacerbation stage

Objective To explore the curative effect of Guanxinning injection combined with valsartan in the treatment of chronic pulmonary heart disease at acute exacerbation stage.Methods 89 patients with chronic pulmonary heart disease at acute exacerbation stage were randomly divided into two groups: the treatment group and the control group.44 cases in control group were treated by routine western medicine.45 patients in the treatment group were treated by Guanxinning injection combined with valsartan on the basis of conventional western medicine.The course was three weeks in two groups.Clinical symptoms and indexes of blood gas analysis were observed.Results The total effective rate was 86.7% in the therapy group and 65.9% in the control group,there was significant difference between the two groups(P0.05).The indexes of blood gas analysis were improved after treatment in two groups(P0.05).There was significant difference between two groups on p(O2) and p(CO2) after treatment(P0.05).Conclusion Guanxinning injection combined with valsartan is safe and effective in treating chronic pulmonary heart disease at acute exacerbation stage,it can greatly improve the relative index of chronic pulmonary heart disease.
