Abstract

The video encoder is the core of digitalized network video surveillance system and there are various methods to implement it. This paper introduces the flexible and anti-Ugly surroundings embedded video encoder implemented by Ti's TMS320C6000 series high speed DSP, yet points out the key problems and their solutions in the design .
