Tentative Study on the Human Capital Investment and the Economic Development in Rural China

Human capital investment is of great significance in the economic development in the countryside in our country . However ,the quality of labourers in the countryside is, on the whole, not high at the present. The structure of human capital in the countryside is not clear-cut.The tendency of labour is similar.Things as such hinder the further development of economy in the countryside.Therefore,it is highly recommended that to raise and speed up the conscousness of the importance of human labour investment, increase the investment in education though many venues and further develop vocational and technical education, thus promote the development of economy in the countryside in China.
