Abstract
Objective To observe the effect of probiotics in treatment of infantile diarrhea. Methods In our hospital from May 2012 to May 2013 were treated 192 cases of infantile diarrhea,randomly divided into observation group and control group,two groups were given montmorillonite powder treatment,the observation group was given based on compound Lactobacillus acidophilus treatment. Results The observation group therapy was better than that in control group( P 0. 05),to observe the treatment group significantly reduced the degree and number of children with diarrhea. Conclusion Micro ecological preparation combined with montmorillonite powder for treating infantile diarrhea is better than the single use of montmorillonite powder.
