Determination of 7 Methylcarbamate Pesticides Residue in Vegetables by High Performance Liquid Chromatography

A method for determination of 7 methylcarbamate pesticides residue(including aldicarb,aldicarb sulfoxide,aldicarb sulfone,methomyl, 3-hydroxycarbofuran,carbofuran and carbaryl)in vegetables by high performance liquid chromatography was investigated.The seven pesticides could be well separated within 30 min in a C18 column after pretrating of sample by extacting with acetonitrile and cleaning up with a amino solid phase extraction column.The pesticides were detected with fluorescence detector(λex=330 nm and λem=465 nm).As a spiked level was 0.5 mg/kg,the recovery of the method for the pesticides were 75.3% ~100.2%,the correlation coefficient ranged from 0.999 8 to 1.000 0,the detection limits were 11.9~24.3 μg/kg.The method is highly sensitive and easy in operation.
