Two New Species of Bolivaritettix Günther (Orthoptera: Tetrigoidea: Metrodoridae) from Yunnan Province

In the present paper, two new species of Bolivaritettix Gunther are described. Type specimens are kept in the Institute of Zoology, Shaanxi Normal University. 1. Bolivaritettix yunnanensis, This new species is allied to Bolivaritettix humeralis Gunther and Bolivaritettix tubericarina Zheng et Jiang. It differs from the both by the width of vertex 2 times as wide as an eye. It differs from the latter by the upper margin of pronotum slightly protruding before shoulders in profile. It differs from the former in: 1) humeral angle wide rounded; 2) late ral keels of prozona long, distinctly constrict behind. Length of body: ♂ 8.5 mm～9 mm, ♀ 11.5 mm. Length of pronotum: ♂ 11 mm～11.5 mm, ♀ 12 mm. Length of hind femur: ♂ 5 mm, ♀ 7 mm. Holotype ♂,Yunnan:Weishan,13 Ⅵ 1999,collected by Fan Xuelian; paratypes 1♂, 1♀, Yunnan: Dali, 25 Ⅴ 2000, collected by Mao Benyong. 2. Bolivaritettix fugongensis, sp. nov. (Figs.4～5) This new species is allied to Bolivaritettix longzhouensis Zheng et Jiang, but differs in: 1) in profile, vertex and frontal ridge forming a round sharp; 2) lateral keels of prozona slightly constrict behind; 3) median keel interrupted; 4) width of median femur slightly wider than the width of seeable elytra. Length of body: ♂ 8.2 mm～8.5 mm; length of pronotum: ♂ 11 mm～11.5 mm; length of hind femur: ♂ 5 mm～5.5 mm. Holotype ♂, paratype 1♂, Yunnan: Fugong, 21 Ⅲ 1998, collected by Xu Jishan.
