A Study of Medical System in Ningxia During the Ming Dynasty

Since ancient times,disease has been a big threat to human being and Medicare is an important approach to controlling disease.A perfect medical system consisting of medical institutions,medicines and medical stuff is an important guarantee for Medicare.During the Ming dynasty,the government not only established a perfect medical system,but also there were corresponding medical institutions and medical stuff in different places,which played an important role in local community and people's social life.Based on an analysis of local chorography of Ningxia in the Ming dynasty and previous studies,the author tried to elaborate the medical system of Ningxia in the Ming dynasty.
