The Poetic Style Related to Gaomi Poetic School

Abstract

Gaomi poetic school was a very regional poetic group during the reigns of Kangxi and Qianlong Emperors of the Qing Dynasty.Li Huaimin,Li Xianhao and Li Xianqiao were the chief representatives of the school.They tried to imitate the repeated chanting of Tang poets Zhang Ji and Jia Dao.Their poems provide a new perspective through which to understand the poems in the early Qing Dynasty.
