Abstract

The oxytetracycline residue in honey was determined by using chemiluminescence analysis. The results showed that there was good linear relationship between the relative light unit and oxytetracycline residue at the relatively low mass concentration of 0~10×10-7 g/mL and the relatively high mass concentration of(20~100)×10-7 g/mL,the relative standard deviation was 1.97%,and the average recovery rate was 97.5% and 98.2% respectively. This method is rapid, simple, accurate and reliable.
