The Advances in Research of Main Alkaloids in Sophora alopecuraides L. and its Pharmacological Activity

As a traditional Chinese medicine,Sophora alopecuraides L. is widely distributed in northwestern of China,with pharmacology activities of heat-clearing and detoxifying,antisepsis and anti-inflammation. With the further study of Quinolizidine alkaloids,the main active component of Sophora alopecuraides L.,and separation and identification of new alkaloids,Sophora alopecuraides L. 's alkaloid was found to have new pharmacological activities of decreasing blood lipid,anti-hepatic fibrosis,anti-epilepsy,antitumor,etc. and have high value of medicine production. Two aspects of chemical structure and pharmacological activity are emphatically summarized.
