Abstract
Sophora alkaloids,isolated from Leguminosae Sophora flavescens Ait.,are considered to be the main effective component,which are a class of compounds of matridine-15-ketone basic chemical structure.Sophora alkaloids belong to quinolizidine,which molecular skeleton can be seen as two molecules of quinolizidine fusion.They have ranous pharmacolog fun ction such as regulating blood lipid,anti-arrhythmic,anti-tumor,anti-liver fibrosis,immunity-regulation and so,and they have been applied in clinical widely.In the article we make an outline on the pharmacology research advance of Sophora alkaloids.
