Abstract
The spetrophotometry analytical method of zinc was developed based on the colour reaction of Zn-PAR system in the presence of β-cyclodextrin and TritonX-100.The maximum absorbance is at 505nm with apparent molar absorption of 5.32×104L mol-1 cm-1.The beer,s law is obeyed in the range of 0-480 μg/L.The regression equation of calibration is y=0.02931x+0.0076,R2=0.9963.The proposed method was used to determine the trace zinc in human hair with satisfactory results.
