Abstract
Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of interventional treatment of diabetic lower limb vascular disease and diabetic foot. Methods 13 patients received percutaneous endovascular balloon angioplasty, and six cases received endovascular stent implantation.Angiography was done 6 months after procedure. Results Lower limb arterial blood supply of all patients was well improved.By controlling blood sugar, local dress changing and other therapeutic measures, diabetic foot ulcers were healed faster,short-term effect is satisfactory. Conclusion DSA examination can accurately show the location and extent of vascular occlusion.lower Extremity arterial endovascular therapy for diabetic foot is effective to reduce patient morbidity.
