Abstract
Objective To investigate the thoracic operation of sufentanil combined with propofol total intravenous anesthesia clinical application characteristics and effect. Methods 68 cases of thoracic operation were randomly divided into SF group and RF group,34 cases in each group. The use of different drugs. Results Between the two groups patients hemodynamic indices in the preoperative, intraoperative, and postoperative 5min showed no significant difference,10min after surgery,20min,30minRF group was significantly higher than the base value(P0.05),VAS of the patients was statistically significant(P0.05).Conclusion Sufentanil combined with propofol intravenous continuous infusion method used in clinical anesthesia, the anesthesia effect is stable, fast,so that patients can in a short period of time to extubation after operation, and the consciousness of patients with a short recovery time.
