Abstract
【Objective】 To compare clinical characteristics of general anesthesia of sufentanil.【Methods】 The patients in January-December 2008 intended to gastrectomy were randomly divided into two groups(sufentanil group) and control group(fentanyl group),observation group with sufentanil anesthesia, the control group with fentanyl anesthesia, anesthetic recovery time, breathing recovery time, anesthesia time and postoperative complications awake were analyzed and underwent statistical analysis,P 0.05 was considered as difference statistically significant.【Results】 There were significant difference in the anesthesia recovery time, breathing recovery time and anesthesia time between two groups.【Conclusion】 Sufentanil anesthesia can reduces recovery time, less complications for patients and it is worth promoting in the clinical.
