Two Different Connections Drainage effect Comparison Of The Celiac Double Casing

Objective The effect of peritoneal drainage peritoneal double cannula two connection celiac major surgery or severe intraperitoneal infection after surgery.Methods 120 patients after abdominal surgery to place dual-tube drainage patients were randomly divided into observation group and the control group,the observation group jacket tube then suction drainage bottle inside the casing saline irrigation control group jacket tube connected to saline irrigation,within the casing suction drainage bottle observe the effect of the two groups of patients with drainage.Results The patients double tube drainage is relatively unobstructed,Extubation time than in the control group is shorter.Conclusion The observation group was better than the control group in the drainage effect.
