Abstract
Based on the characteristics of oxide zinc ore in Lanping, the kinetics of ammonia leaching of oxide zinc ore is studied. The study involves the mechanism of ammonia leaching and the influence of concentration and temperature of ammonia water, and the grain size of ore on the leaching process. The results showed the ammonia leaching of zinc oxide ore belongs toun-reactive atrophic nuclearmodel free from solid product layer. The kinetic equation is:1-(1-α)1/3=k ct/ρr0.The leaching process is boundary layer controlled;the leaching rate and leaching recovery can be increased by means of increasing the concentration of ammonia solution and decreasing the grain-size of ore.
A significance statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
A contribution statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
Method details are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Findings are not separately available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Limitations are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Application details are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
