Abstract
Public traffic is the traffic means with highest efficioncy.To develop public traffic is an efficient channel to solve urban traffic problems.According to the main problems in urban public traffic in China and forming cause,we must explore the strategy of public traffic development in the future from the angle of giving priority to the development of public traffic and its plying and management.
