Abstract
With the increase of traffic demand and the increasing seriousness of traffic problems in Chinese cities,giving priority to the development of public traffic system would be a necessary choice for the development of urban traffic . It is also one of means to provide efficient transit services to ease traffic problems in big-middle cities.
