Abstract

To promote China′s theory of codification of civil law,this paper disscuses the Chinese scholars'studies during the past decade on codification of Chinese civil law.Based on rich material,it describes the history of the studies in detail.It then points out achivements the studies have attained.Finally,the paper ,reveals problems existing in the field.
