Abstract
The illegal evidence denotes the evidence taken through an illegal way.The exclusionary rule of illegally obtained evidence is invalid and can't be adopted in court,for it disobeys the proceedings of law.This essay analyses the exclusionary rule of illegally obtained evidence in civil procedure and its legislative evolution.It also ponders on the regulation of exclusive rule of illegal evidence in current legislation of our country.On the basis of them,it puts forward some suggestions on the improvement of exclusive rule of illegal evidence in our civil procedure.
