On the Construction of Exclusionary Rules of Illegal Evidence in Criminal Suit of Our Country

With the pervasion of the conception of law,people attach more and more importance to the exclusionary rules of illegally obtained evidence in the criminal procedure.The present thesis is based on the practice of the judicature in our country and analyzes the problems that must be solved and the measures which should be insured in the construction of the exclusionary rules of illegally obtained evidence.
