Function and Value Proposition Design of Cultural and Creative Industry in the Construction of Two-oriented Society

Abstract
Based on the transformation of social development model,this paper discusses the relationship between cultural and creative industry and two-oriented society.The paper proposes that the two-oriented society and the cultural and creative industry are both essential in the era of the construction of harmonious society.Cultural and creative industry,as an endogenous industry and a smokeless industry,is the realization and extension of the two-oriented society idea on the operational level of technology.The paper also considers that the philosophic perfection of two-oriented society provides a historic opportunity and constructs a comprehensive social platform for the development of cultural and creative industry.
