Abstract
Objective:To investigate the expression and significance of ERα and NF-kappa BP65 in Buerger disease with vascular endothelial cells.Methods:Two groups of arteria vascular endothelial cells (one group deriving from the male Buerger disease patients;the other group deriving from the normal men)are used to detecte the expressions of ERα,NF-kappa BP65 protein,ICAM-1and VCAM-1by immunohistochemistry staining.then analyze the correlations of indexes above by linear regression method.Results:(1) The expressions of ERα,NF-kappa BP65,ICAM-1 and VCAM-1 of the male Buerger disease patients' arteria vascular endothelial cells are much more reinforced than that of the normal(P0.05).(2)The detected data from all the arteria vascular endothelial cells illuminate that ERα and NF-kappa BP65 are coincided in linear regression(b=0.706, P0.05),NF-kappa BP65 and ICAM-1 are coincided in linear regression (b=0.392,P0.05),so are NF-kappa B and VCAM-1 (b=1.094,P0.05).Conclusion:The NF-kappa B's activating gives rise the expressions of ICAM-1 and VCAM-1 to reinforce in Buerger disease patients and become the initiation of Buerger disease vascular endothelial cells.
