Abstract

Objective To optimize the extraction process of Andrographis paniculata.Methods To study the factors that affected the different extraction and optimize the extraction process of Andrographis paniculata,andrographolide and dehydroandrographolide were used as markers, and determined by TCL-scanning.Results The alcohol extraction process was better and in which macerationwarm-infusionreflux.Conclusion It indicates that the 65% and 55% alcohol warm-infusion are suitable for solid preparations of Andrographis paniculata,and for liquid medicine, 65%,75% alcohol maceration and 55% alcohol-percolation are more suitable.
