Abstract
Extracting process of total flavones from Andrographis paniculata was studied.Through orthogonal test to determine Andrographis paniculata of total flavonoids in the best extracting process,rating content of Andrographis paniculata was determined by ultraviolet spectrophotometric method.The effects of all factors on extract rate of total flavones from bid to small in order was solid-liquid ratiotimeethanol concentrationtemperature.The solid-liquid ratio of extraction affected the total flavones significantly.The optimized extraction process was ethanol of 60%,temperature of 50 ℃,time of 4 h,and solid-liquid ratio of 1:20.
