Isolation and Culture of Several Microorganisms in Baiyunebo Mining District

Abstract

This paper investigates the microorganism resources of the soil in the south and north mining districts of Bai Yun E Bo.According to morphological,physiological and biochemical characters,5 bacteria strains which are Bacillus pumilus,Micrococcus vavians,Bacillus firmus,Arthrobacter flavescens and Bacillus pasteurii,3-Actinomycetes strains which belong to Streptomyces,Kurthia and Cellulomonas,and 2 fungi strains which belong to Penillium and Aspergillus were isolated and identificated.
