Abstract
Pot experiment was conducted to investigate the effects of nodule bacteria inoculation on pea and maize rhizosphere bacteria amount and N content in different cropping patterns.The results showed that soil nitrogen content and plant nitrogen accumulation were significantly increased by rhizobia inoculation,as well as rhizosphere bacteria.The sensitivity of pea rhizosphere bacteria to rhizobia inoculation was greater than that of maize.Inoculating effect of selected strain XC3.1 was better than that of ACCC16101.Amount of pea rhizosphere bacteria was higher than that of maize under the same planting pattern.Intercropping could significantly increase rhizosphere bacteria of pea and maize,and the increasing of maize was greater than that of pea.
