Abstract
The pot experiment was carried out to study the effects of inoculating different rhizobia on peanut growth and rhizosphere soil microorganisms.The results indicated that the inoculation of rhizobia could promote the peanut growth and increase the leaf area index and yield.The inoculation effect of LX-11 was obviously better than that of any other treatment showing 16.5% more than the control's in plant height at flowering stage,but the differences were not significant.With the advance of growing stages,the LAI appeared to decline after an initial ascent,and was up to the maximum in pod bearing period.The final yields of the treatments increased by 7.5%,9.5% and 12.9% respectively compared with that of the control.The amount of bacteria and fungs in rhizosphere soil showed the ascent trend,while that of actinomyces did not change significantly.
