Observation on Clinical Efficacy of Shenmai Injection for Treating Congestive Heart Failure

Abstract

Objective :To observe the clinical efficacy of Shenmai Injection in treating congestive heart failure(CHF).Methods :152 patients of CHF were randomly divided into two groups,the treated group were treated with Shenmai Injection,the contral group were treated with rountine medicine.The therapeutic course in both groups was two weeks.Results :After one therapeutic course,the total effective rare in treated group was 94.7%,the other group was73.7%.The first was superior to it in later significantly(P0.05).There isn’t side effective.Conclusion :Shenmai Injection in treating CHF has particualy effective.
