Abstract
The approach is established to determine the xanthophyl contents in chrysanthemum morifolium ramat. The high-proficiency liquid colour is adopted as method, xanthophyl as index and Diamonsil~(TM)C18(4.6mm 150mm,5μm)as column;CH_(3)OH-H_(2)O(95.5:4.5)as mobile phase. The wavelength for determination is 444.5mm.Results: The average rate of recovery is 99.23% and RSD is 0.6%.Lineal relation is better when the sample is 0.0027-0.0189μg r = 0.9998.The determination approach which can be used to control the quality of chrysanthemum is convenient, stable and has good recurrence characteristic.
