Abstract
The Virtual Studio 2010 and OpenGL is used to design the virtual NC milling simulation system. We set up the machine model with the geometry modeling and the patch modeling. The prototype of lathe in the system is KV800 which is made in Chang-Zheng lathe factory. The CNC milling system is composed of the scene milling module,NC code parsing module, the virtual hole milling module, the knives and rough selection module and the operator panel module. The experiments show that the simulation results achieve the expected requirements of real-time rendering speed and better practical significance.
A significance statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
A contribution statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
Method details are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Findings are not separately available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Limitations are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Application details are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
